Hello all, had Denis to finish my kitchen which was in a sorry state after bodge job by another builder. Denis carried out all work without issue or intimidation. Pleasant and professional throughout. Denis will offer his advice and opinion, however, he has no qualms about listening to you, which can be a problem these days with builders, who enter your home and proceed to tell you what you want. Denis, I would hire without hesitation.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are are general handyman work, electrical, plumbing, power flushing central heating, painting and kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and gardening. How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials and parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £50 per radiator extra .
