Paul went over and above. He came to fit a cat flap but then helped with getting blinds up as well. When running into problems (blinds were too wide) he did not give up and - creatively - tried several things to solve the problem. We really appreciated his flexibility as well his tenacity. Jacek came to fix some of our kitchen units that were falling apart after 30 years. He also painted some internal doors which I have never seen looking as good as they do now . His work is of a high standard and he is very particular to get the best result possible.
