Richard arrived well before the arranged time which was a bonus. He is highly professional & charming. He worked so hard altough it was raining all the way whilst he completed the job cutting the grass, removal of weeds around the plants etc. He is also very tidy. Very polite, softly spoken young man who did various jobs for me at a reasonable rate. Very happy with all the work he did and have another list of jobs for him to do next week! He obviously knew what he was doing. He took away the old tank for me and the old dishwasher which was very helpful. He fitted shelves in the old redundant dishwasher and shelves in the big old bathroom cupboard. He also put up a new blind. I thought his quote was really reasonable and paid him a bit extra as I was so pleased. Anne
