Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. Mick came to install an electronic cat flap which involved programming-in our cat's ID chip. He did a thorough job in setting up all the electrics and installing the cat flap perfectly, taking extra trouble to make it look neat and secure. He even set off down the garden wearing gardening gloves and with a towel to catch the very irascible cat! I would definitely employ Mick again -a very pleasant and competent young man.

Mixed experience. I've never had anyone work on my house who shows such a lack of respect for my property. Despite being asked 3 times to be careful and to cover plants, etc, our garden was trampled and rubbish, including nails, scattered everywhere. We had to spend several hours clearing up after they had finished. This attitude showed up in the work too, some of which needed redoing. End result is OK; I still think it could have been neater
