Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. I have now noted leaks fur to poor sealant around taps and connection cold water feed wasnt connected properly since had a flood from the bath which he cam back to make good the ceiling and plumbing. Since the moisture in wall shower wall loosened the existing handrail on the othe side of the wall toilet sealant leaking and shower frame not fitted correctky at the time of completion looked ok now I wish I hadnt at all! Paid cash upfront not worth it not a good professional finish now I have to redo it all

The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
