James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
