Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. I am hugely impressed with the quality of work and service provided by Centium. RPS contacted myself for a viewing of the roof replacement. They used a drone to view from the outside and contacted me for further details regarding type of tiles. They source there tiles from down south too to get a installation date in 2 months time. The direct contact and efforts of Robert and team are much appreciated and give me confidence that they will get the required tiles and manage the installation as discussed.

Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
