Our entrance way reconfiguration project is now finished, and it has exceeded our expectations (& we are very fussy!!) it looks simply amazing. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. It took him 2.5 days to install a new kitchen tap. Issues he struggled with: connection to a boiling water machine, no isolater valves, 40’ waste pipe and the hot and cold supply pipes were mixed up (lots of moaning about the previous builders), many trips to screwfix and parts purchased that were not required; in that time he did also change a Yale barrel lock.

Paul was available very quickly and kept to the schedule as promised. The work was completed within than the given timeframe at the quoted price. He was polite and friendly and able to offer suggestions when unexpected situations arose and able to adapt to them accordingly.

Very disappointed. Work that was done was okay however when there was a problem with the leveller not being level, I was told that someone would be here on the Friday, no one arrived. Then I was told that they’d be here Monday and once again no one ever showed up. Took my money and didn’t rectify the work. Very upset that tradespeople are like this, I find it hard to trust anyone now.

2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Very rude person. Unreliable. Came and saw my roof three times. Still leaking. He only will come back if you give him an incentive (my incentive was I had other family members close by wanting repairs) otherwise he will make excuses and say leave it with me and give no indication when he will come after asking several times. He has checked my roof three times and claims he is an expert but has failed to identify the issue. He will just do a shoddy job to just get onto his next job. Will not recommend.
