Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Superb service! The guys came to fit a velux window but the batons and felt had been damaged by leakage over the years. They worked all weekend to get it fixed as they had a big job starting the following Monday. They were friendly, tidy and incredibly hard working even when it started pouring. Unfortunately I am not able to recommend Jon for plastering work. The quality of the plastering he recently completed was well below expectations and has required significant rework to correct. Jon is a decent guy but his main trade is plumbing.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
