Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

We had the pointing ground out and redone between the flags in the garden. Was happy overall with the job when it was finished but it took quite a bit longer than quoted. Now 10 months later the pointing is falling out in a few areas, so feeling a little bit disappointed with the job.
