Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well. I initially left a 5-star review because the job seemed well done. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The replacement lock stopped working within two days and had to be repaired again. The inner safety glass panel also shattered two days after the work. I can't say what caused the glass to break, as nobody touched it after he left, but the timing is very concerning. I started with a faulty lock and ended up with a shattered glass panel.
