Andrew carried out the work according to my request and did an excellent job. My room and hall was covered with the sheets that Andrew provided. He went out his way to fit a vanity cupboard that was not part of the brief. I would recommend him for further work.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble .
