GP flooring did an excellent job of a 1950's parquet floor. The job was very neat and tidily done and there was much less dust than I expected. Loose bits of flooring and damaged cork edging strips were all repaired. We are really pleased with the finished result, its absolutely transformed the floor.

A total disaster. Botched the job of installing a new toilet and left me with a toilet that keeps overflowing after flushing. Twice arranged for him to come and fix the problem and twice he just didn't show up. Now he won't even answer the phone. Definitely one to avoid. Reported to Trading Standards

Paid £3,500 to get damp sorted and was assured that this would work then after paying money was told needed another damp prove coarse costing £1,500 which we couldn’t afford trusted that work he did would sort problem guarantee stated needed more work so accountants for nothing so am left £3,500 out of pocket for nothing really really annoyed

Do not hire this trader. He began and took full payment (£900) for my tiling job in February 2021 and has not been back to finish it - it's now 18th May. I've contacted him incessantly and initially received promises that he'd be back and that he will call me the next day to give a definite date for completion but have heard nothing. I've also asked for my money back so that I can try to find someone else as this is for a disabled person but absolutely no reply. I'm disgusted.
