He took on the job even though he wasn't qualified or capable of given that he told me he was,and has then stated that I told him to lay down the wood flooring onto carpet. I can CATEGORICALLY deny that. He now will not answer my calls to discuss this. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A LIE.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
