Joe seemed pleasant and friendly when he arrived to quote the job. He provided good advise and multiple quotes within my budget and additional work that will need to be completed potentially at a later date. I was pleased with him and we agreed a date and price for the job........but he never turned up. I've tried calling, texting and emailing him with no avail. #disappointing

We are absolutely over the moon with our new roof and so pleased we went for the orangery style replacement rather than the polycarbonate roof option. The transformation is amazing – it feels like we have a completely new room. The construction is solid, insulated, and enhanced by the spotlights. We could not be happier with the overall finish. The chaps who did the work clearly know their trade and are conscientious tradesmen. We will most certainly use them again.

This tradesman gave me inaccurate advice and ripped me off. I was conned. He wrongly told me extra things needed doing, else there would be serious problems and stupidly I believed him. He damaged my Eucalyptus tree ;-( I don't know whether he just didn't have the knowledge/expertise or he was trying to extort money. It was only afterwards I realised the problems which I communicated to him, but I received little response and no compensation. I'm poorer and I have learned a big lesson.

He did not complete the job as per agreed but adamant for paying the full money. Cancelled appointments with out notice. Needed follow up several times to check if he was coming. Never would hire him.

Made appointment but failed to turn up. He cost me money, I had to pay 2 men to open up site and wait for him on a Bank Holiday. He deserves a negative feedback because this is an expensive industry we cannot have unreliable and unreasonable people who fail to communicate amongst us
