MS Landscaping laid extensive areas of paving for me (involving some tricky cutting), gravel and edging stones, and removed a large tree. Martin and his team were very methodical in their approach to the job. Martin clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail was faultless and the standard of the finished job was excellent. The site was left tidy and the total cost was good value. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

After receiving insurance quotes and being obliged to select the lowest price, we were leg down. Jason was a close second so we got permission to award the work to HSW. The job began two weeks earlier than expected and is now complete after 2 days. Very tidy and pleasant workers and we are pleased with the standard of workmanship.
