First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. James and the team did a great job repainting all of the exterior woodwork on my house and garage. Great workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day and able to get it all done against quite a tight timeline. They worked without excessive noise and happily accommodated working hour constraints as a result of shift work. Very good value and stuck to the quoted price.
