Loveloads is a multifaceted business that consist of different teams of experienced men and women who are designated specific jobs that they are skilled in. We have been in business for just over two years but we are only just starting to use various online platforms to promote our business. Although we take on various task, our main focus has been removals and home deco. We often take a flexible approach when required as some customers are not always as organised as they would like to be for various reasons, notwithstanding the daunting task some may face in trying to organize a major decorating job or simply moving from a large house with young children. At loveloads we believe that our success should be measured on how pleased our customers are and as a result we have recently removed an unsatisfactory worker from our team based on our customer feedback. We are always keen to make sure our men and women are well trained and have a professional customer service attitude. PAYMENT METHODS We mostly accept cash payment unless the amount exceeds a thousand pounds then we would accept bank transfer for the rest of the payment with an initial deposit of half the total via bank transfer and the rest on completion in cash or bank transfer. The remaining transfer on completion should be done and verified before living the job. Any arrangement made between us and our customers over the phone would be followed by a confirmation email or text detailing the arrangement and price before the start date. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Customers must inform us in advance if there are any specific requirements they would like us to include in the job description. We urge customers to purchase their own material if they require specific materials that are uncommon or hard to find.
