They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.
