-No smoking policy was completely ignored. They say 'ok, we understand' then smoke in the new build. I asked them very nicely 4/5 times but they ignored me -Sexist- They only talk/listen to the 'man of the house' -Unresponsive- They do not ever reply to texts or calls. -Not respectful of your belongings; threw away and moved things without my permission -Florin brought a complete stranger in the house to see the new build, without asking first. Overall a complete disappointment and I would not recommend

Sam and his team were incredibly efficient. They came to do the job within days of me hiring them - removing our old, asbestos-ridden garage, then landscaping the garden for us, laying topsoil and turf and building us a new fence and gate. We assumed we would have to remove the very many, and very heavy, contents of the garage ourselves before they started the work but Sam said he and the team could do this themselves, and at no extra cost, which was an invaluable help. The whole job only took them 3 days.
