Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Job was well done but promised an unwritten gaurantee and all I've got to show for it is a number to call if there are any issues! Not what was agreed which is a shame. Can't give a potential buyer of my house a phone number in a year to prove the roof is new!

This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
