Quotation & finalising work. We provide you a fixed quotation of works. Signed and agreed Contract will be in place after quotation is agreed and finalised. We are fully insured for the building works we undertake. Payments We do not take deposit, no upfront/advance payment on building works before starting the project. We will invoice you weekly depending on the progress of works at the end of that week, so you only pay for works we carried out that week. A certain amount is set aside as retention until completion and this is paid to us after the defects period for your satisfaction. On-site project management We will provide a dedicated project manager to oversee works and make sure the job is done on time and within budget. We take care of liaison with building regulation inspectors, surveyors, architects, planning permission/local authority, structural engineers to save you any hassle and make the process as smooth as possible for you.
