What a fantastic job!! I was extremely happy with the re-pointing and painting work carried out by Rob. The work was carried out with maximum care and skill. He always showed up on time and was incredibly polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate calling on his skills again. Great job.

I asked Lee to completely renovate my bathroom new suite, wall to wall tiling , new plumbing etc. Superlatives are often wasted but not here he actually did everything I asked and then some, absolutely fantastic service cost, quality and time. The only reason he is not doing something else for me is that I need to identify what I need. Thank you Lee for your work.

You showed little sympathy to letting us down. Our kitchen is being delivered tomorrow and you let us down last minute. If I had committed to doing a job for somebody I would have rented a vehicle or asked the electrician you promised us to give a lift. You delayed the start date by one day due to a medical and then failed to show up for a quick chat to discuss, due to car trouble, You didn’t text to say you couldn’t make it,we had to chase you. And you didn’t apologise, just seemed annoyed at us bothering you.

Where to start !! The initial quotation was for labour with a list of materials for us to purchase to complete the wall. We ended up paying £1200 more for extra materials that Mr Clift said he needed. The whole job was a nightmare & I would certainly NOT recommend Mr Clift. After Mr Clift left we had to take part of the wall down as the workmanship was so poor & we had to employ another Bricklayer to rebuild. We would NOT recommend Mr Clift to anybody. His manner & work is atrocious.

Kriss filled our entire house with thick layer of dust by working with all the doors open and didn’t try to clean up. Tiling, plastering, painting etc work all fine apart from an irritatingly wonky toilet cistern. Invoicing/paperwork needs careful attention -you cannot charge 20% VAT when you are not registered....our bill originally had (more than £500) added for 20% VAT. Until we queried it - Nice try! I was sadly disappointed by Kriss and I won’t be using LKBuilding again.

I am based out of Gloucester, but willing to travel to surrounding cities. I am extremely confident in my skill set. When it comes this trade, nothing beats the experience I have.
