Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

This guy is brilliant. Very friendly, arrived on time and produced quality work. Hardworking and had the job completed in one day. Very good value for money, its affordable and the quality is brilliant. I would definately recommend this guy. :)

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Dan delivered exceptional service during the repointing work at our house. He consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, impressing us with his punctuality and polite demeanor. Samuel was able to fix the gutter and secure it. I hope that has sorted it out for a long time but he didnt give me a guarantee! I should have asked for one. But he did assure me to call him if any problem arises. He knows what hes doing. He appears very professional and knowledgeable of his job. (His name is Samuel, not Barry, however. Maybe thats his partner! I will recommend him.

Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. Special thanks to Jez and his bro Josh and to Tim the painter.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Can't rate Matt and the company higher. Have used a number of tradespeople over the years and it's refreshing to find a company that will not let you down, that takes pride in their work and prices reasonably. I'm very happy with my studio build and thankful that I chose Matt & co to work on this project. Came to property to assess the work. Gave a prompt quote which was very competitive compared with the other trades people. Kept to the agreed time for carrying out the work. Turned up on time, carried out the work in the time specified. The quality of the work was excellent. A very helpful, pleasant, professional tradesman. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.
