We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. They came and looked at the problem and immediately gave a great quote. They came back at the arranged time, sorted out a broken tile and attempted to fix the gutters. They said if there was any issue, to call them and they would came back. Most was perfect, just a few small leaks remaining after heavy rains, but they came back promptly and fixed everything. Very friendly, excellent service, highly recommended.
