I needed my garden shed removing, because it had begun to deteriorate, and there was almost a forest growing around it. The young man who completed the work did a grand job. He dismantled the shed in a very short time, and he took it all away from the site. I will need my garage re-roofing in the spring, and have decide to give the work to BSM. I put an ad for a roof leak on the 26/ 9/22 . I was told what the problem was. Quoted £450. Got charged£600. Waited for it to dry out. No it was the same.called out again and paid another £200. Waited again to dry out. Last month we’ve took the tiles off the wall,during the rain I watched the rain run down the internal brick work . let him know . contacted my insurance. From my insurance I’ve found out I have not had the flaunching repaired (I’ve paid for that.) Today is wed 22 March . No contact.

Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
He turned up on time and kept us informed of progress. He is a conscientious worker and was willing to answer any questions we had. He left the working area clean and tidy. We will use him again
