Quote was good & started well but overall is below par. Basic things such taping fittings was not done but promised to do it - not the case. New bathroom suite is covered in paint. Walls have not been prepped in areas & equipment is everywhere. Worst thing has been lack of comms. Matt rarely replies & has ignored call requests. Has been a no-show 3 times; twice making me late for work. Expectations need to be managed & promises kept - but they aren't. You’re only as good as your last job. Do not use!

He was very reliable, worked with as little fuss and noise as possible and was friendly and polite. We felt the fee for his labour was very reasonable. We would highly recommend him.

The work was done to a very high standard, they worked hard in sometimes difficult situations due to the weather. They arrived on time and as they said had a goal to reach which they always achieved. They kept the site clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to have around always cheerful.
