So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I had ridge work carried out in Dec 22 by Lee’s team after which I had the dry verge work done. Within a few weeks pieces had fallen off. This was quickly ‘’repaired’’. Less than 8 months later pieces had fallen off again including the batten that had been used for fixing to the main roof. Lee, 5 months later, has failed to repair. I’m now left with no choice but to either, employ another builder, or the small claims court. Don’t trust these people to carry out any work to an acceptable standard.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that.
