The subcontractors I use have all the correct safety cecificates and our all kind and polite. Your main contact will be myself I will sort things out from start to finish. I take a lot of pride in my work and aim to please. My work and attitude is very high quality all the time. I will leave your house clean and tidy and will respect your home. I will cover carpets floors and sofas while I am working. I get 70% of my work word by mouth as I have done a great job for all my customers and they recommend me. There were difficulties in getting the managers to accept there was a lack of respect to existing surfaces, needless damage was caused. The aim appeared to be profit above client satisfaction, expressions of dissatisfaction were met with numerous excuses. Even when advice was provided not to pile up soil next to a trench a utility company had to work in, this was ignored, when asked to remove soil we were expected to pay for it, despite health and safety concerns, we moved it ourselves.

Alan did a superb job on painting the whole of my 4 bedroomed house from floor to ceiling and wallpaper on one bedroom wall. All at an extremely reasonable price too. This being my third and largest project to date. What Alan doesn't know about painting and decorating isn't worth knowing. Found him to be extremely helpful in advising about kitchens, garage door and leaks etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly be using him again in the future.
