Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I'm a registered contractor for a national housing association for Exeter and Plymouth as well as for Connells (estate agents) lettings division. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Can not rate Steve highly enough, The standard or work was superb, his approach to the project was professional and very organised. The project it self was a complete renovation consisting of creating a large open plan kitchen / diner and family space. this involved a complete relocation of kitchen which not only came in on time but also in budget. The Family is thrilled with the finish and enjoy living in the space. Brilliant.

Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.
