Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote.
