Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Agreed price and time but cancelled an hour before due to illness. That was ok but then has ignored all further messages to reschedule or decline the job. I turned down 2 other tradesmen so I would have liked a reply as common courtesy. .
