He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. Fantastic team of Ioan and his colleague Alberto. Both are hardworking and always come on time. They usually don't apply any shortcuts and use quality material. We had few hick-ups but they always got things resolved and try to make sure I am happy. They completed the job and missed to do some finishing touches for which they came and completed, regarding plumbing where radiator or boiler related stuff is concerned, I think they require some improvement, ideally GAS safe certificate. Will hire again.
