We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. Mark and his team did an ok job fixing my patio, but I was disappointed that he couldn't or wouldn't re-hang my garden gate. The patio part of the contract was completed in October 2024. I am writing this on 22nd January 2025 and the gate is still not done. The gate cannot be closed after the half-hearted attempt that was made to do the job. After many texts chasing him he has not now responded since mid-December. My advice? If you do engage this company, don't pay him anything until the job is complete.
