I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. Phil & his team were amazing! They took down the biggest and thickest set Cypress that had overgrown the height of our house and width of our big garden. They worked solidly for 2 days in the heat and didn't stop. Even cleared everything up afterwards. They are very reasonable, polite and knowledgeable. We would most definately recommend. Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed.
