Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service. 2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.

Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from.
