Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. We felt fully informed throughout the process and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark to others. Thanks for all your hard work, the lounge looks great!

He was incredibly polite and very helpful and even found me a kitchen fitter for another job. The team came in a practically did the whole house ceilings in two days. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
