Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. A gentleman called Kevin who is a partner in the business dealt with my request quickly and efficiently even corresponding by text at my convenience. He was incredibly polite and very helpful and even found me a kitchen fitter for another job. The team came in a practically did the whole house ceilings in two days.
