Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.
Working in a team when needed am providing and Making Sure that everything is right and the priority of my Job is to make my client Happy.
One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. The goal is to understand the project as a whole, build it properly and deliver work that he can stand behind.
