The porch was contracted for 18 days. Allowing time to finish the job after 6 weeks this was not complete. The new porch looks good from the outside and seems built structurally correctly. Having allowed extra time to finish the job it remained unfinished with adhesive stains on facia boards, internally no gaps filled, sealing nor painting completed. During the process we had to request for various matters to be fixed as they were not done to a reasonable standard. The overall experience was disappointing

Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Overall happy customer. Very friendly team that finished the job. Quick and efficient. The fence looks nice but the reason for 4 star review is because they should have cleaned up completely once they finished and they damaged some of the flowers adjacent to the fence which they should've been more careful about. Also the fence is good but it is not 100% straight.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
