I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Brick/stone walls, rendering, fencing, patios, garage conversions, roof repairs to name a few. All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.
Excellent work, explained everything they were doing in layman’s terms, so you understood exactly what the problem was and how they planned to fix it.
Since 1999, I've been building and landscaping on all manner of projects from very small tasks all the way up to large scale developments. there really is no job too big nor to small. I'm fast friendly and reliable. I also aim to remain very competitive priced.

I would highly recommended Simon and his team. Great quality work, very professional. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and ceilings/downlights. The job was completed on time and on budget, they were very tidy when they worked and everything was spotless at the end of each day. Simon also gave advice on future projects. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. Antonel quoted for our bathroom refit as well as 2 more jobs (garden and front of house) swiftly and was broken down as discussed. There was great communication the whole way with all decisions consulted as well as advice given. The team worked very hard whilst we were away. Our neighbours all mentioned how hard the team worked without us prompting them. We are really happy with all of the works and all snags were swiftly sorted and within budget which really helped!
