Mick came to install an electronic cat flap which involved programming-in our cat's ID chip. He did a thorough job in setting up all the electrics and installing the cat flap perfectly, taking extra trouble to make it look neat and secure. Coopers provided an excellent service. Jack came and reviewed the problem, showing me photos of the leak and damage, and gave various options and prices of what I could do. In the end, I decided on a full roof replacement along with guttering and soffits. I got them to fit a Velux window and sun tunnel too. The project management was excellent. Scaffolding came within a day and work started following Monday. The job was completed in four days to a professional standard. Highly recommended.
