Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. David, Adam and the team they employed were very good. They talked through every aspect of the job beforehand and made the costs clear in the contract. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and friendly and professional. During the construction there were minor changes needed which were accomodated well, even after completion.
