He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur
