We were in a different city to the job, so we had to rely on Eric to manage the work; including liaising with letting agents to pick up keys etc. He did this very well, always did what he said he would, and was always trustworthy. Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.
