I particularly specialise in the causes of damp, damp- proofing solutions, plaster boarding/plastering. Bricklaying (internal and external), blockwork and stud walling. I have also successfully undertaken work in many areas of home and garden improvement/repair/maintenance, a selection including - the installation of skirting boards, internal door adjustments and re-hanging doors, laying laminate and engineered wood flooring and the assembly of flat-pack furniture. Removal and replacement of guttering, drainpipes, fascia and soffits. Decking, garden walling, handrails, patios and steps to accommodate sloping gardens. Very poor experience. Service fell well below professional standards. Lack of transparency around payments, including upfront requests without invoices and charges for materials not provided. Work was incomplete, rushed, and of poor quality, with multiple defects. Property left messy with damage and waste. Communication and accountability were poor, with no follow-up after payment. Intimidating pressure to pay before issues were resolved. Would not recommend.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Sean painted exterior house wall and window frames. He came out promptly to give a quote and rearranged his other jobs so he could do the work when it wasn't raining. The price was very fair, he turned up exactly when he said he would and done a brilliant job, the front of the house looks really smart again. A very tidy worker. The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I\\\\'m really disappointed and have now ran out of money to have these thing corrected.
