He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Paul and his team did a fantastic job, stripping back, filling gaps and repainting wooden window frames and sills. They also repainted my front door and concrete sills with weather proof paint. This was done over 2-3 days with ladders, giving two coats of paint. The work was so good 2 other neighbours on the street hired them!

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
