George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Thermoseal team responded quickly to my initial request and when on site talked me through the options. We had a complete roof replacement, which was the best decision as further deterioration was found in the roof timbers which needed additional work. The team were able to adjust their plan to accommodate the additional repairs. The slates, woodwork and a valley were all replaced. They also tidied up the existing chimney stacks and redid the lead work. I would recommend them of any work.

Did a really thoughtful restoration of our cloakroom. Took into consideration what was best for the client and achieved what the client wanted. New tiled floor and walls. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.
