Jon came out to give an estimate on the relevant day, even after a late finish to another job. He turned up on time on the appointed day and finished the job slightly ahead of schedule. Charges were as expected and he cleaned up before leaving.

He came and give me price and said he is coming 14 July. And I called him on 14 when he did not show up ,he said he will call me back and he did not

The job was more complicated than expected. He needed to break the tiles take out the shower mixer, replace the shower and finishing the wall with the new tiles. The quote was £90 per hour plus VAT. We were not happy about the cost, but we needed the shower fixed. New shower was choosen by him, it is not but much better than the previous one. We ended up paying £1700 it was expensive, he refused to provide us with a copy receipt for the shower and he was quite rude. We definitely do not recommend him
