Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.

Excellent work. Impossible to fault. Several unforeseen issues cropped up, undocumented drainage pipes and a baroque existing heating system but each time Spencer put in considerable effort to arrive at the best solution. Would definitely use Spencer again.

Spencer was quick to reply and visited within a day of us getting in touch. Immediately he came accross as a friendly and trustworthy and put us at ease. After a few meetings we decided to go ahead and couldn't have been happier with the results. Everyone we knew had issues with other building works, we have finished our build missing them! Roman, Miran, Serg, Alex, Stewy, Dean were brilliant. Any issues we came accross they gave solutions to make it happen. The extention puts the existing house to shame!

Engaged Spencer through RP to tender for my single storey extension. Very engaging in the advice on building techniques. I submitted plans to Planning myself. Advice received was invaluable. I met former clients who are extremely happy. The work I saw was of real quality. The quote was extremely competitive. From a price point I did select another builder with Pocock only JUST missing out. Spen still offered his trade discount on the kitchen. Gave 5 star rating as impeccable gent. May regret my decision.
Loft Conversion
Spencer is a very friendly person who regularly gave us up dates on work in progress. The workmanship of his employees was brilliant and our loft conversion was even better than we thought it would be. Spencer kept within budget.
