Shane arrived on time, completed the job to our satisfaction sooner and in less time than he first estimated and it looks good. He was polite and listened carefully to what we needed and discussed the project in detail. He cleaned up well after himself. He recently started out on his own after working for someone else which may be why he doesn't have many ratings yet.

Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. Ken did a really fantastic job of paving our front garden with bricks we'd salvaged from knocking out the back of our Edwardian terrace. He has made it look amazing, better than we could have imagined. He was communicative, flexible, friendly and got the job done in good time.
